If you’re looking for a lovely, professional, friendly and knowledgeable driver- booked with Era! From the moment he picked us up from the airport to our hotel, he provided us with such a warm welcome and give us handy tips on the do’s and dont’s in Bali which was super helpful as it was our first time on the island. We had such a warm reception that we booked him for a day tour to Ubud and he was just amazing! The booking process was seamless and he was punctual and had loads of water ready for us on the day. He was knowledgeable on the area and gave us so many facts, which I really appreciated and took us to all the great spots in Ubud. I can’t thank you enough for making our time in Bali so easy and when we do come back, we will definitely reach back out to you :)

Amazing trip from start to finish. Cannot recommend Era enough. We went on 4 trips in total whilst we stayed in Bali. All tours were brilliant.

Prompt collection, customisable tour to suit our requests and timings. Great communication throughout even when we didn't have mobile service, with clear collection times. We went to the Monkey forest, Mason elephant Parc, Luack coffee, waterfalls, restaurant and some shops. Very informative, well spoken English, clean vehicle with bottled water provided, great tour guide knowledge. Even caught us up in the monkey forest to take us round, after we merrily headed off on our own. We must have looked lost when he found us 🤣 Highly recommend, great tour and great tour guide. Thank you so much for giving us a great experience to add to our amazing holiday 👍👍

Era was so helpful from the day he picked us up from the airport, very friendly and his knowledge of the English language allowed us to communicate very easily which was very comforting being our first time in Bali. He took us on trips and provided the majority of our transportation whilst we were exploring Bali. As you’d expect he had more than extensive knowledge of all sights and the history of the places we visited. Era went above and beyond at every step of service he provided for us and even looked after one of our suitcases whilst we hopped islands. We will certainly use him again when we go back and would not consider using anyone else. 10/10

Monkey Forest, Rice fields, Coffee planation, Swing valley and Jewellery Museum all brilliant experiences. Nyoman, the Tour guide and his company, Era Bali Tours absolutely brilliant. Amazing!! Era was excellent we met him On our transfer from the airport. He was kind, informative patient and helped us with all our needs. We were very fortunate to connect with Nyoman at our airport pick up! Amazing English, so friendly, polite and we’ve made ourselves an amazing new friend in Bali. We explored Ubud with Nyoman, we learned, we laughed and had an awesome trip. Could not recommend Nyoman enough, the best driver we’ve had! Not to mention, when plans went downhill for our airport return Nyoman quickly made alternative arrangements and ensured we had no hiccups to our travel plans. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend !!!!!!!

We were really lucky to meet him during airport transfer. After that, we spent three full days with him. He has a great knowledge about the culture and about any subject you can think of! Mr Era is also very kind, thoughtful and a good driver. Thank you for everything. Definitely recommended!

Mr Nyoman was the best guide I ve ever met. First of all his English knowledge was very good that we did not stop talking to him. He was very kind and polite, sensitive and thoughtful as he offered us traditional deserts and fruits. We were with him for three days and He planned the trips for us. He knew the best places to take photos and also about the places he was an old hand as he told us every story behind them. Beside he is a good driver and knows all the roads. I am very happy to meet him, strongly recommend and if I go to Bali again, I will see him as an old friend. Thank you!!

We used the transfer service when arriving in bali to get to Bingin, Uluwatu. He was amazing and so patient, we took over 2 hours at the airport sorting out lost luggage and he waited for us the whole time and greeted us with a smile once we made it out. The transfer was easy and quick with a bottle of water waiting for us in the car. Later on during our trip we used his services for a day trip to Ubud where he took us to a few locations and even walked with us and gave us more information throughout. It was a wonderful day and we were able to plan the trip how we wanted and he worked around us. Please use this service when in bali as you will not be disappointed! We will be using him when we come back in the future :))
